Patent Loom ("we", "us") is currently in an early-access, pre-launch phase. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this site and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you sign up for early access, we collect the information you submit through the signup form: your first and last name, email address, company (if you choose to provide it), the option you select describing your role (for example, law firm, biotech, startup, or government/policy), and your consent to receive email updates. We use this to notify you when access opens and to understand who is interested in the product. If you contact us through our contact form, we also collect your email address, the subject, and the message you send.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to send you updates about Patent Loom, including invitations to early access as they become available. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
We use Mailchimp to store signup information and send email communications. Mailchimp processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy and security practices.
Data retention
We retain signup information for as long as your account is active on our mailing list, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send you. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
